Crock Pot Shredded Buffalo Chicken

So, I by no means am a good cook. Fancy, complicated dishes are just not my thing. Any recipe I ever share with you guys is going to be easy, simple, and dummy proof. Hence lots of crock pot meals coming your way 😉

One of my favorites happens to be this easy peasy (3 ingredient!!!) buffalo chicken.

I bought all of my ingredients from Target, but you can find them at any local grocery store I’m sure!

  1. Frozen or Fresh Chicken Breast (I usually grab fresh, 3 breasts to be exact)
  2. Kings Hawaiian Rolls (loooove!! you can use whatever roll/bun you prefer)
  3. Franks Red Hot Wing “BUFFALO” sauce- It’s not spicy, promise!

Place your 3 chicken breasts into the crock pot, pour 1/2 cup of your buffalo sauce on top, and cook on low for 4 hours. 

Shred & Enjoy!
