So it’s been exactly 3 weeks that I have committed to getting fit! I am down 6 pounds! ( insert dancing salsa girl emoji)
Since I’ve had Colton, I have felt tired, sluggish, and bloated. I was not eating healthy or exercising. In fact, due to lack of energy, most days I was eating only dinner and snacks all through the day. Just because you look “skinny” does not mean you are healthy. I am living proof.
So, I decided to make the change and I have NEVER ever felt better. It’s truly amazing how eating healthy & exercising can completely change the way you feel.
Every Friday, I will be sharing with you a Fitness post, to share what I am doing to stay on track. It may be eating, a specific exercise, or even a new workout “essential.”
The new essential that I am going to share with you today is one that combats my typical excuse of not wanting to workout. “That time of the month” or leak week as I usually call it, is one of the largest. I never want to do anything, especially not exercising. Well, last week was that week, and I want to share with you guys a game changer. U by Kotex Fitness – LIFE SAVER Ladies!
I found my U by Kotex Fitness pads (Learn more about them here) at my local Walgreens. Just another fabulous item that I now can walk out with when I shop. Is anyone else obsessed with Walgreens like they are Target?! 🙂
Seriously ladies, stop worrying about leaks( that’s crucial in my book- I have had a few incidents.. but we won’t talk about that) when you are running, stretching, lifting weights, zumba-ing, or any other physical activities. To feel protected, comfortable, and to not have to take a week off is a miracle.
